MEDITATION

Shame is a feeling of unworthiness, wrong or sadness because of consciousness of a bad circumstance.

It is an emotion driven by choice. You might not be able to escape the memory but you can choose to either allow it charge you up or chain you down.

There is no disgrace in being knocked down, there is only shame in not getting back up.

 It's an error to allow your past to define your present.

Wake up and put your pieces back together;

Be bold; be strong; be courageous;

 and never ashamed!

 

PRAYERS

Every garment of shame in my destiny, catch fire now in Jesus name.

AFFIRMATION

My past does not decide ny future. I am bold and not ashamed. I will fulfill destiny.

Hopelessness is to give up on God, yourself and your vision because of circumstances.

It's self destruct to allow your past to corrupt your present thereby frustrating your future.

God cannot help a hopeless man. 

Your hope is your only evidence for blessings; don't destroy it.

Believe in God; Believe in yourself; 

Be strong and courageous; 

You are Ampossible.

 

PRAYERS

God of hope, fill me with all joy and peace as I trust in you, so that I may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit  in Jesus name.

Beihg rejected by men is not being forsaken by God.

Humanly, it's a disappointment but divinely, It's God pushing unwanted things out of your future; and protecting us from mistakes and redirecting us  to something better.

Believe God, Rediscover purpose, and recover self.

We are the  manifestations of our own thoughts not others opinion.

Heatbreak is a very strong feeling of sadness, disappointment.

Your heart is the custodian of your trust and treasures.  Nobody is worthy of custody of it except God.

When heartbroken, Trust in the Lord. He's the healer and  strength of our heart.

Love but guard your heart with all diligence. If you  childishly, or ignorantly or mistakenly gives your heart to anyone, it's your fault.

Loneliness is feeling unhappy because of being apart and uncared for by other people.

It's an error to put your happiness in somebody's else hand. 

You are not lonely; you simply lost sight of God and purpose. A man on a journey with purpose has no time to wait for others.

Be strong; discover purpose; encourage and develop yourself. People around us is good but can becone an extra luggage and a distraction from your purpose. 

We came alone, we will leave alone, we must develop strength to walk alone.

When you are God and purpose positive, You are never be alone

Father help me to put my trust in you at all times in Jesus name.

Murmuring is to complain quietly about something.by making low sound.

Murmuring, grumbling and complaining are three evil servants. They close the gates of your blessings and open your gates for destroyers.

Anyhow you look at God; God is good and faithful so don't be ungrateful.

God answers prayer not murmuring.

Be better not bitter; Be thankful always.

MEDITATION

Offense is something that causes a person to be hurt, angry, or upset.

Offense is temptation we need to overcome daily. It's a robber of  joy and peace.

When you are offended, you are the one that suffer not the person that gives the offense  We should be too wise to take an offense and also too noble to give it.

We don't need to be offended to effect a correction or show displeasure; we need to be wise.

Raise your joy gate very high. Pursue peace at all times. Offense is a brother to anger, and anger rest in the bossom of fools.

Be joyful and wiser.

Father set me free from the spirit of offense  in Jesus name.

Never judge somebody by the opinion of others. You might be doing a very big mistake.

When they can't assassinate your vision, they will try assassinating your character.

Rumour is a distraction!.

Be focused no matter what you hear. Be quick to hear, but slow to speak

Whenever humility is absent, pride is present.

Stop being full of yourself. Be full of God and compassion.

The first man God humbled ate grass; it's an error to wait for God to humble you.

MEDITATION

Lust is a strong desire for something not minding the consequences.

While greed is a war against others good, lust is a war against self good.

Our senses are the generators of our lusts.  If we don't discipline all our senses, lusts will take away all our senses.

Lust of the eyes, lust of the flesh, lust of the mind; these are the summaries of all the evils in the world.

To lust is evil; to love is godly.

Flee lusts and it's temptations thereof.

Father, create in me a clean heart and deliver me from the spirit of lust in Jesus name.

MEDITATION

Greed is a selfish and excessive desire for more of something (such as money) than is needed.

When enough is not enough, you are greedy.

When you are always better than others in your own eyes, you are greedy.

When you are not contented with your blessings, you will start comparing  your blessings with another person's blessings This is the root of all evil.

Aspiration is good but not at the expense of others good and welfare.

Beware of lust of the eyes.

Father strengthen my inner man to know when to show restraint in my aspirations in Jesus name.

MEDITATION

Selfishness is having or showing concern only for yourself and not for the needs or feelings of other people.

He who wants everything everytime and forget others is selfish;

He who forget the million times another helped him and only remembered the one time he didn't him is selfish;

He whose relationship is based only on what others brings to the table, is selfish.

Selfishness is not  pursuing your own good, but  neglecting your neighbor's good. 

Love your neighbor as yourself.

Revenge is the act of doing something to hurt someone because that person did something that hurt you.

Because a dog bite you doesn't mean you must bite the dog back to prove a point.

It's not every act of hurt that is intentional. Some arose from mistakes, ignorance and love.

If we affirm an eye for an eye, the whole world will be blind before we know it.

Vengeance is what God knows how to do best. Allow God slap them for you.

Let's Love and forgive and live peaceably;

Unforgivingness is the unwillingness to forgive others.

When you offend another, am sorry does not cost anything. Don't lead another into temptation.

When you are offended, don't drink poison and wait for another to die. Forgiveness is free.

Forgive everyone that offends you; why go to prison for another person's offence.

MEDITATION

Betrayal is to hurt (someone who trusts you, such as a friend or relative).

Trust is not about who smiles before you but who smiles behind you.

When you think of betraying a trust, know that betrayal is a seed that will germinate and bear fruits and we all will reap what we sowed.

When you are betrayed, be strong in the Lord, and deliver yourself from unforgiveness. As long as you have not lost God, you have not lost anything.

Be careful who you give your life  to because many are just waiting for opportunity to use it against you.

Take heed, some kiss are signals to kill.

Mockery is behavior or speech that makes fun of someone or something in a hurtful way.

Before you mock another:

Never criticize what you don't understand;

Dont mock a pain you haven't endured;

Don't judge a situation you have not been;

When you are mocked,

know you are mocked not locked.

Don't be distracted by it; 

Make it a strategy not a tragedy;

Be consistent and focus. 

Those that laugh at you will soon come and laugh with you.

MEDITATION

Backbiting means to say mean or bad things about a person in the person's absence.

As long as you are in front, people behind will always be envious.

It's not your job to stop people from talking behind you, it's your job not to allow it to affect you.

Make people's back biting your motivation to  move forward and not a discouragement to draw backward.

Don't let someone dim your light because it's shinning into their eyes.

Shine your shine; 

let haters cover their eyes in shame.

 Envy is the feeling of wanting to have what someone else has. It is the barometer for measuring progress and prosperity.

Envy is trying to do everything go wrong for another because things are not going right for you.

Don't be worried about the envious people; it's bad belle. It's their belle that will pain them.

Make their envy your motivation.

Envy is the evidence that your blessings has changed level.

Father protect my blessings from the eyes of the envious in Jesus name.

I am a sign of God's blessings and covenant practice. People's envy is my motivation.

Hatred is a very strong feeling of dislike for someone or something because of an incidence that happened between both parties.

Hatred does not solve problem; it multiply it.

Love your enemies; pray for those that hate you. This is the greatest message of love 

Let your response to people not be from experiences of hurt but from encounter with God.

Don't set yourself on fire for somebody's offense.

MEDITATION

Rage is a strong feeling of anger that is difficult to control. It's also called quick one bad or high temper.

To be angry is human but to be consumed with anger is madness.

We have a responsibility of controlling ourselves including our temper. To lose it is irresponsibility.

Bad temper doesn't solve anything; rather it destroys everything.

You will not be punished for your anger; but you will be punished by your anger

Anger is by choice not by force

Control your anger lest it consumes you.

PRAYERS

I resist the spirit of rage around me in Jesus name

AFFIRMATION

I choose to walk in meekness everyday. I refuse to imprison myself for another persons offence.

MEDITATION

Bitterness is being  angry and unhappy because of unfair treatment.

You will be embarrassed, judged and rejected but don't lock yourself in prison for someone else offense.

Be better than what hurt you. Act from your heart and not from your pain.

Forgive & Forget!

Don't allow bitterness steal your sweetness.

Get better not bitter.

MEDITATION

Self-pity is a feeling of pity for yourself because you believe you have suffered more than is fair or reasonable.

When you stop taking responsibility for everything, you start blaming everything for your irresponsibility.

Cancel the pity party.

Pull yourself together and take total ownership and responsibility for everything in your life.

If you faint, fail or fall, it's your fault.

PRAYERS

I reject every pity party the enemy has set up for me. I am strong and courageous in Jesus name

MEDITATION

Worry means to think about problems or fears.

Our mind is our imagination center.  It our of  mine of precious things and our dump site of waste product.

If you are worrying, you are outdated and needs an upgrade. When we fail to recycle or burnt our waste, it becomes our source of worry 

Our mind is our workshop. Worry is a raw material. Imagination and wisdom are her tool box.

Stop wasting your worries;

Start converting  your worry to money.

Father fill me with joy and wisdom to recycle every waste sent to my mind and profit from them in Jesus name

MEDITATION

Depression is a condition in which a person feels very sad, hopeless, and helpless because of circumstances.

It's not an attack but the results of our meditation on circumstances and response to trials and temptation.

Your meditation will either weigh you down or lift you up.  Don't allow your mind to feed on dead things. You are an eagle not a vulture. 

Mind your circle of meditation.

OVERCOMING INSECURITY

HEBREW 13.6 

So we say with confidence, "The Lord 

is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?" (NIV)

MEDITATION

Insecurity is not being confident about yourself or your ability to do things well.

When you underate yourself, you open door for insecurity and jealousy. The righteous are as bold as a lion.

Don't overestimate others and underestimate yourself. You are better than what you think.

Fear not;

You are what God says you are.

PRAYERS

Father help me overcome insecurity by knowing who I am and whose I am in Jesus name

AFFIRMATION

 I am above, am not beneath. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

JOB.22.29 

When they make [you] low, you will say, [There is] a lifting up; and the humble person He lifts up and saves. (AMP)

MEDITATION

Rejection is a situation where someone push you aside because he feels you are not good enough for him.

Rejection does not mean you are not good enough; it means the other person is not smart enough to see your value.

If you are rejected, accept it; if you are unloved, let go; if they choose you over another, move on. Every no from someone is a yes to someone better

Men's rejection is nothing. Self rejection is s everything. See rejection as an open door to better life. 

You are a VIP & MVP. Refuse to be someone's opinion about yourself.

PRAYERS

Father when my heart is overwhelm, lead me to the Rock that is higher than I in Jesus name

AFFIRMATION

I see rejection as redirection . I believe in myself.  I am a V.I.P and a M.V.P

1 SAMUEL 30.6

MEDITATION

Frustration is a feeling of anger or annoyance caused by being unable to do or achieve something.

When we give up on God, give up on ourselves and give up on our dreams, we open door of hopelessness for frustration to walk in.

Frustration is not a satanic affliction but a self infliction.

Don't loose your joy; don't give people and situations permission to hurt you;

Encourage yourself

Father, help me to be focused and joyful in you in Jesus name

I am strong and courageous. I am an overcomer.
