OVERCOMING FRUSTRATION

1 SAMUEL 30.6 

And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God. (KJV)

MEDITATION

Frustration is a feeling of anger or annoyance caused by being unable to do or achieve something.

When we give up on God, give up on ourselves and give up on our dreams, we open door of hopelessness for frustration to walk in.

Frustration is not a satanic affliction but a self infliction.

Don't loose your joy; don't give people and situations permission to hurt you;

Father, help me to be focused and joyful in you in Jesus name
