OVERCOMING REVENGE

ROMANS 12:19

19 Do not take revenge, my dear friends, but leave room for God’s wrath, for it is written: “It is mine to avenge; I will repay,” says the Lord

MEDITATION

Revenge is the act of doing something to hurt someone because that person did something that hurt you.

Because a dog bite you doesn't mean you must bite the dog back to prove a point.

It's not every act of hurt that is intentional. Some arose from mistakes, ignorance and love.

If we affirm an eye for an eye, the whole world will be blind before we know it.

Vengeance is what God knows how to do best. Allow God slap them for you.

Let's Love and forgive and live peaceably;

Father deliver me from the foolishness of revenge in Jesus name.

AFFIRMATION

I don't share God's glory; I will never take revenge. I trust in the Lord to fight for me
