INTENTIONALITY

PHILIPPIANS  3:13-14

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,  3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

MEDITATION

In life and the world today, if you wait for encouragement and motivation,  you will die waiting and the world will leave you behind. If you don't do something now, nothing will be done and something will do you. Discouragement is self bewitchmen, laziness is suicide and procrastination is boxing the air. Sometimes, later can be never.

Intentionality is the determination to act in a certain way. If you wait for things to be perfect or wait for anyone to follow you or push you, you will never go forward. You must intentionally continually push yourselves forward. Some push drugs to succeed; some push truck to succeed but all push self to succeed.

Kick start that project today; don't give up on that dream. Its God for all, but all man to himself. Your dreams are your responsibility not ours. Your dreams are passengers in your bus and if you allow anything to stop you from driving, your dreams will never arrived its destination. 

Resist expired tradition, laziness, discouragement and procrastination. Be intentional.

AFFIRMATION

No more dulling. Am taking responsibility for my future.

PRAYERS

I resist the spirit of discouragement laziness and procrastination in Jesus name.

MEDITATION

It takes one to be a tree but two to become a forest. No matter your strength, without another, there is a limit to your success. One is good, two better,  three best. A threefold cord is not easily broken.

Raise an army. Duplicate your vision in them and train them to run with it. It's the secret of strength, ease, efficiency, expertise. spread and posterity. It's called team power.

 Don't be a lone ranger. Much is a game of numbers. There's much power in multitude.

AFFIRMATION

My team is my power. Together Everyone Achieve Much.

Father give me wisdom to run with a team in Jesus name.

MEDITATION

Until we are in love with what we are doing and ready to pay any price for it's success, we won't go far in destiny. This is called passion. It is the joy and fervency to defy all odds and challenges to accomplished a set goal or task.

Every destiny journey towards success will attract opposition, depression, discouragement, laziness, excuses etc. It will take passion to overcome them 

If we are not consciously passionate about our purpose, we are unconsciously passive about them.

Be passionate!

AFFIRMATION

ISAIAH 62.6

 I have posted watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; they will never be silent day or night. You who call on the LORD, give yourselves no rest, 62.7 and give him no rest till he establishes Jerusalem and makes her the praise of the earth. (NIV)

MEDITATION

The responsibility of our personal growth and development should be of concern to us more than God. God will not grow for us; He will only grow in us and work with us.. Capacity is the willingness to build oneself by working  rightly, hard, creatively and tirelessly.

 Until our star is shinning and our challenges are resting, our capacity is not yet enough to rest.

It takes capacity to become a celebrity. Stop giving excuses; start taking responsibility. Responsibility is the highway to capacity.

Be responsibly, responsible.

AFFIRMATION

I am responsibly responsible. Am generating capacity.

PRAYERS

I received grace to stay awake to my responsibilities in Jesus name.

PERSONAL CAPACITY BUILDING 

2 PETER  1:5

 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; ...:8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

MEDITATION

Capacity is not automatic neither can it be inherited or stolen or copied. It must be painstakingly cultivated to train expertise, generate Impact and accumulate experience. If we are not ready for the labour of conception and labour room of delivery, we will not qualify for the power and glory of manifestation. 

The place of training, practice and service cannot be overlooked or underestimated.  If we  don't take conscious steps to intentionally grow, we are taking unsconscious steps to intentionally die. Nothing moves until a force is applied. Only weed grows well without care. Plants of value are nutured to grow well. Laziness, untimely pleasure and procrastination are great enemies of growth and capacity. Wishes don't build capacity but diligence does..

Parental goodwill, inheritance, organizational goodwill, team's glory are not substitutes or alternative to personal capacity building.  If a goodwill or fortune is inherited or gifted, if we don't have corresponding capacity to drive it, its a matter of time before its all squandered. The lost son lost his inheritance to waste because of lack of personal capacity.

Anybody can be somebody if he's willing to take responsibility and pay the price for anything he wants. Build capacity. 

AFFIRMATION

 I am not beating the air, I am building capacity for my destiny.

STANDING OUT

1 TIMOTHY  4.12 

Don't let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity. (NIV)

MEDITATION

Height is not a function of age but content. You can be young and tall, also old and short. What matters is the height of the knowledge, wisdom and impact of  the power inside of you. This is called capacity. When you are looked down upon, it means your capacity is not tall enough.

Unlearn, learn, relearn. Don't be tired of adding virtue and value to yourself. You will be stagnant and expire when you stop growing. When you lack capacity, you lack impact; when you lack impact, you lack results; when you lack results, when you lack value; and when you lack value, your presence becomes insignificant.

The kingdom God and of this world is not a matter of talk but of power. It takes capacity to take it by force. Stop building excuses, complains and laziness. Build capacity and you will gather momentum for visibility.

Stand out!

AFFIRMATION

PSALMS  34:14  

Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.

MEDITATION

Peace is a state of tranquility and harmony with self and others. It's a gift of God and a fruit of the spirit. It is not the absence of choas and crisis but the maturity of calmness, courage  and self control in the face of the storm. 

Absence of peace is the chief protocol officer of the devil. It open doors for all  problems in life. It is the devil's weapon of chaos and crisis but peace must be pursue and cultivate to defeat him.

Absence of peace is a spiritual virus and an emotional fungi. It's not won and defeated by arguments. It's enforced by humility, spirituality understanding and self control. Chaos, pride, oppression, crisis and violence is dancing the enemy hate song; anger, bitterness, jealousy and envy is being at war with your joy and peace. 

There's always a peaceful and better option of resolving  every crisis situation. The way of peace of God is the way of life. Take charge of yourself and your environment. Enforce peace.

AFFIRMATION

I am a peace enforcement officer.  I received peace and follow peace.

And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm.

MEDITATION

We must never forget that life is a market and the best product will sell well without much stress. So we must seek to constantly grow and develop ourselves in the area of our giftings, skill or knowledge. Capacity  is the power of efficiency and glory.

The world is dynamic and yesterday efficiency may not be enough or relevant for today's market place  Capacity is the energy to stand the test of time; and  the advantage we will have in every opportunity over others. It is not inherited but cultivated. Opportunity will open a door but capacity will harvest and keep the door open.

The Hebrew boys were ten times better; Daniel had an excellent spirit etc. What's our advantage over others in the market place? If we fail to build capacity, we are literally a liability. 

We shall be commended, known, recommended, remembered, favoured, envied or jealous by the things we do well. 

Build capacity.

AFFIRMATION

JOY POSITIVE 

JOEL  1:12  

The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.

MEDITATION

As long as we are alive, challenges will never cease.  But to live, overcome and triump in life in the face of challenges, we need joy energy. Joy is the understanding that in all these things, we are more than conquerors. An understanding that our God is not just mighty but Almighty and there's nothing too hard for him to do. These understanding gives joy energy 

The moment you loose joy energy, you open door for disappointment to enter and afflict you with sorrow, regrets and pains. Challenges on the road to destiny and eternity are actually chances and chargers but when you lack joy energy, it becomes charges.

When your Joy energy is depleted or deleted, you automatically becomes defeated. Wrong company can deplete your joy while ignorance and carelessness can delete your joy. Guard your joy diligently and be vigilant against the devil going about looking for joy to steal. You cannot be defeated as long as your joy energy is charged.

God's presence is joy charge station and understanding God's words is joy energy. Be joy positive. 

AFFIRMATION

 I am joy positive. I am a carrier of strength and courage

MEDITATION

Fear has a million reasons why you will fail if you try but courage has no reason not to try. A man that did something and failed has overcome fear and  is better than a man that did nothing and is afraid.. Determination has no excuse not to succeed.

Some succeed because they are gifted;

Some because they are positioned;

Some  because they are connected;

Some because they are committed.

Some because they are favoured!

Some because they are trained;

But ALL succeed because they are determined. Determination has no substitute. 

Be Determined.

AFFIRMATION

I resist doubt and fear in my life. I am determined to succeed.

MEDITATION

A snake that does not behave like a snake will be use as a rope for tying firewoods. Christianity is not a name to bear but a life of royalty and priesthood to live. 

We are in Christ a god, a king and a temple. When we don't act as we know who we are, we will suffer for who we are not.

As a god, we reign and manifest powers, as a king we exercise authority and enjoy exceptions and as God's temple we enjoy sanctity and heaven on earth 

 If we do nothing, we will be mistaken for nothing. Be who God says you are and not what men or life says you are.

AFFIRMATION

I am heaven's ambassador. I enjoy heaven on earth.

Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.

MEDITATION

Nobody succeeds alone.  We arrived at success through the collaboration of inspiration, principles and wise counsel. So It matters who you take counsel from. The bible says Ahithophel counsel was like the counsel of God. Counsels are very powerful and should not be taken lightly.

Counsel are advice given as a result of consultation. It can guide you and can also mislead you. It all boils down to if the counsel is good or bad.

Seek counsel from people that are godly, morally upright and wise..Good counsel is the pathway to establishment, safety and warfare.

Be watchful, prayerful and wise in your choice of mentors and counselors. Eve, Rehoboam and Ammon were destroy by bad counsel.

Bad counsel is a highway to destruction. Beware!

AFFIRMATION

 I choose my counselors wisely. I follow after wise counsel.

MATTHEW 7.6

 "Do not give dogs what is sacred; do not throw your pearls to pigs. If you do, they may trample them under their feet, and then turn and tear you to pieces. (NIV)

MEDITATION 

Everybody around you have different assignments towards you. So don't take everybody as yourself. Some people are around to learn, some are coming to stay, some are coming to help, some are  enemies monitoring camera and some are the devil himself. If you don't sift your followers like beans, you will be very disappointed with them.

None of the disciples attitude took Jesus by surprise. He knew Peter's outspokeness, sons of Zebedees' high temper and Judas vulnerability but he still choosed them and used them. You must know all your followers capacity, capabilities and loyalty. Nobody is altogether useless. This will help you know who to entrust with a trust and and a responsibility.

Never armed a fool, a rebel, the proud, the fearful or your enemy. A fool is will misuse valuables in his care; the proud will never follow instructions; a rebel will divide your strength and corrupt your efforts; the fearful will run away on the day of battle and your enemy is eating not for strenght to work but to become strong enough to fight you. 

Be gentle as dove and wise as serpent. Discover the purpose and potentials of everyone around you and maximized it but protect yourself, vision and followers against corruption and evil assignment.

Don't mistake everyone for yourself. Separate the sheep from the goats and work with them according to their attitude and attributes. 

AFFIRMATION 

I am gentle as dove and wise as serpent.  I don't mistake everyone for myself.

THE INNER CIRCLE

MATTHEW 26:36 

Then cometh Jesus with them unto a place called Gethsemane, and saith unto the disciples, Sit ye here, while I go and pray yonder. 26:37 And he took with him Peter and the two sons of Zebedee, and began to be sorrowful and very heavy.  

MEDITATION 

All are children of God but not all are beloved son like Jesus and Joseph, friend of God like Abraham, servant of Moses like Joshua, loyal inlaw like Ruth, selfless apprentice like Elisha, frontline disciples like Peter, James and John etc. These were not just mere followers but people that were ready to do anything and go anywhere to please the master and further his vision. They are called THE INNER CIRCLE.

Inner circle is not a position to apply for nor an appointment to lobby for. Its not gotten by eye service. It's gotten by selfless heartful sacrificial service and dedication to the master and his vision. Loyalty, zeal and commitment is a do or die affair to them. Many will walk with you, few will die with you; many will work for you, few will die for you. These few are your beloved sons and inner circle. 

Every master gives all his followers or apprentice formal training but additionally gives inner circle informal training and impart them with his spirit and business secrets. Inner circle also enjoys masters special attention, automatic the leaders of other leaders and followers and special priviledges. We find this happen everywhere there's cause for leadership and followership.

Strive not just to be a child of God but also a beloved child of God. This will automatically enlist you into the inner circle of God. 

AFFIRMATION 

I am not doing eye service. I am striving to become a beloved child of God. 

 PRAYERS

Father, baptise me with zeal for kingdom service in Jesus name

MEDITATION 

It's not everybody around you that should know everything about you. Multitude around has multitude of reasons they are around you for. Most are active enemies, some are passive enemies, others are eaters and few are partners. Only partners should be allowed access to your business mysteries.Who then are partners?

Partners are followers that see prospects in your poverty, takes keen interest in your welfare and wellness, protect your interest in your absence, covers your nakedness even when you are wrong, stands with you in time of crisis and downturns, are proud to advertise your brand everywhere they go and are ready to be with you in thick and thin.

You owe everyone love not yourself. Jesus did not give himself to everyone so you shouldn't. Love your neighbor as yourself, know yourself more than your neighbor and protect yourself against your neighbor. Invest only in those are not offensive in becoming your harvest. If you are too simple, you will be mistaken for a simpleton. 

Serve the multitude but work with disciples.

AFFIRMATION 

I work with people that believe in my work.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

MEDITATION 

Most people can never succeed in life because they don't know what to keep secret and what to make public. Success is not and has never been a public property. Even Jesus taught the public in parables and interpretes the parables only to his disciples.

The success of every business or idea is the mystery surrounding it. The moment the mystery is known, the idea becomes common.  Every idea that longs to remain relevant must invest all it has in the security of the safety of its secret recipe. 

Business secret is a capital not profit.  Who and who have you entrusted with these capital? How many people per time has access to these capital? What have you done to ensure the safety and prudence of these capital in the hands of those entrusted with them?

Competition is the war of the use of your secret against you. Keep your secret safe and your success will have a great edge if not enjoy total monopoly of the entire market share. This is the greatest secret of every successful niche.

If you want to be on top and last on top, know what to give and what to keep. 

AFFIRMATION 

I know what to give and what to keep. It's business not wickedness.

PROVERBS  14:12  

There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.

MEDITATION

Wisdom is knowing the right steps to take when your time has come and taking it. When we default in doing the right thing, we should not trade blame but take responsibility.

Wrong steps are detrimental. No one arrives at his destination going the opposite direction. Even if he arrives, he will waste more time and resources. Even when your time is right, a wrong step will make you miss opportunity or land you in a wrong place or to an accident. Jehoshaphat took a wrong step with Ahab and almost lost his life if not for God's speedy intervention.

When we follow Godly instructions and moral values, we arrive our purpose and destination safely.

AFFIRMATION

I am not a casualty neither do I loose opportunity. I walk in wisdom and fear of God.

PRAYERS

Father order my steps to do what is right at all times in Jesus name.

MEDITATION

The world is dynamic and progressive. If we are static and resistant to change, we will become stale and expired.

Yesterday's news is today's history. We must continually increase our knowledge in necessary fields of life to remain relevant and impactful. Ignorance is too common a mistake to make.

Learning is not automatic but a responsibility. When we know, it's for our good; when know well it's to our advantage; when we don't know, it's to our detriment and when we don't know it well, it's to our shame.

No matter our capability, we must not be tired to increase our capacity. Don't just know, know it well.

Be teachable

AFFIRMATION 

I am updated. I take responsibility to know.

JOHN  3:16

 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

MEDITATION 

We can give without loving but we cannot love without giving. Giving should not be done with the intention of putting the receiver in "PRISON OF GRATITUDE' or "YOU OWE ME". Giving should be borne out of sincere love for God and humanity.

Nobody owes anybody any favour. There's nothing we have that was not given to us. Let's do everything we are supposed to do for anyone when it's in our power to do so regardless of whatever had transpired in the past. Give with unconditional love.

If we give with the mindset of getting something back in return sooner of later, that's transaction; if we give so as to be rewarded, that's service but if we give as a moral responsibility, that's virtue. Giving is a virtue not a service nor transaction.

Let's emulate Christ.  Give as a commandment, responsibility and virtue. Let's radiate love wherever and whenever necessary.

Give with love.

AFFIRMATION

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:

MEDITATION 

If we are dull in learning, we will become specimens of learning for others. In the school of life, swift learning is the principal thing. If we fail to learn in time, we miss our time and chance. 

Learning, unlearning and relearning is living. It is the core subject of life. We must not just learn, we must be swift to grow with time and changes else we become obsolete; and we must be wary of haste, assumption and presumption else we fall into errors. 

Strive to learn by oberservation, from  others success story, proven  principles, instructions and experience.  Be vigilant, fervent and violent at all times. 

 Be swift to learn. 

AFFIRMATION 

I am swift to learn. I give no place for dullness. 

 PRAYERS

Father, quicken me to vigilant and fervent in learning in Jesus name

GENDER EQUALITY

GALATIANS  3:28 

There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

MEDITATION 

There's another evil under the sun that the church and society must move against with everything. Gender inequality and male child presence in the family at all cost. The male child superiority myth amongst us is unscriptural and lacks wisdom and moral value. Culture and traditions are good but to us believers, wisdom is the principal thing.  

Our prayers in marriage should be for children that will fear God, bring honour to the home and fulfill destiny and eternity. Male child is good but not sacrosanct; female child is also good and must not to be despised. All children should be given equal treatment, rights and privileges in care, preference, education and inheritance 

Let not quest for male child belittle the woman's status nor break the home nor turn the home into a baby factory. Whatever gender God gives is what is best for the family. Theres is no special award, rights or privileges accorded people that have male children and deprived those that have female children. Destiny has nothing to do with gender but everything to do with purpose. 

Whatever is in a male child is also in the female child. Deborah,  Esther, Jezebel, Solomon's wives, Queen of Sheba, the Shunemite woman,  and The Marys were all  very powerful women in the scriptures that did great exploits both good and bad. Be purpose driven not gender biased.

Give every child equal chance and watch God fulfill purpose.

AFFIRMATION 

I am purpose driven not gender biased.

Father, renew my mind to be conformed to your word and purpose in Jesus name

PUSH YOURSELF FORWARD

SONG OF SOLOMON 1:6

Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother's children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.

MEDITATION 

They made us keep their vineyard; they didn't stop us from keeping our vineyard. If we continue to wait for people to push us forward, we will waste giving excuses. No matter the pressure around us or the inconvenience within us, we should create time to push ourself and purpose forward and stop giving excuses.

Excuses are evil. Our well-being should be of concern to us more than anybody. Whether we rise or fall, its our choice. If we are good and faithful in advancing other people's vision, we are also capable to advance our own vision.  We need to be intentional and violent about our purpose. Joseph created the office of the prime minister for himself in Egypt and Jacob by wisdom paid himself from the riches of Laban despite the pressure and  challenges they faced. Wisemen no longer wait for opportunity,  they create one for themselves. 

Stop giving excuses; Wait on God, be faithfull with other peoples purpose and also create time to push yourself and purpose into productivity and relevance. There's no time to mark or while away.  If we don't arise and push ourself forward, we will continue wasting our life giving excuses.

Push your purpose forward not excuses.

AFFIRMATION 

I push my purpose forward; I don't push excuses!

 PRAYERS

Father, deliver me from the trap of excuses in Jesus name

MEDITATION 

When you work, it will show. Never give any man the license to look down on you because of your condition or the nature of your work. Everybody is work in progress. Where you are is a bus stop not a full stop.  What you know and how you carry yourself will determine how people will treat you.

When you are meek, morally upright, technically sound and wise, you will naturally receive commendation but when your character is short of integrity, moral values and wisdom, it will attract rebuke and condemnation.

Magnify your purpose. Give no place to mediocrity, ignorance and shame on whatever you are doing. Don't be an echo of people's pride, wickedness and opinion. There's dignity and profit in labour. 

Paul said "I MAGNIFY MY OFFICE".He said again "I DO RUN NOT AS ONE BEATING THE AIR" You are not wasting time. Be bold, intentional and purposeful. Give your purpose boldness to forge ahead. You are not what men think or say; You are what God says you are.  You are black not blank.

AFFIRMATION 

 I am not what men say; I am what God says I am.

 PRAYERS

Father,  help me to stay focused on my purpose in Jesus name
