PERSONAL CAPACITY BUILDING 

2 PETER  1:5

 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; ...:8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

MEDITATION

Capacity is not automatic neither can it be inherited or stolen or copied. It must be painstakingly cultivated to train expertise, generate Impact and accumulate experience. If we are not ready for the labour of conception and labour room of delivery, we will not qualify for the power and glory of manifestation. 

The place of training, practice and service cannot be overlooked or underestimated.  If we  don't take conscious steps to intentionally grow, we are taking unsconscious steps to intentionally die. Nothing moves until a force is applied. Only weed grows well without care. Plants of value are nutured to grow well. Laziness, untimely pleasure and procrastination are great enemies of growth and capacity. Wishes don't build capacity but diligence does..

Parental goodwill, inheritance, organizational goodwill, team's glory are not substitutes or alternative to personal capacity building.  If a goodwill or fortune is inherited or gifted, if we don't have corresponding capacity to drive it, its a matter of time before its all squandered. The lost son lost his inheritance to waste because of lack of personal capacity.

Anybody can be somebody if he's willing to take responsibility and pay the price for anything he wants. Build capacity. 

AFFIRMATION

 I am not beating the air, I am building capacity for my destiny.

Father endue me with courage and strength to develop myself in Jesus name
