TIMES AND SEASONS: HARVEST

JEREMIAH  8:20  

The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.

MEDITATION

We harvest what we invest; we harvest when we have sowed good seeds;  we harvest when we sowed on a good ground; We harvest when we have  laboured for our seed; we harvest when we watched over our seed. 

Harvest is past when there was no seed in the ground; Harvest is past when we failed to sow in time; Harvest is past when there are no labor in the field; Harvest is past when we arrived late;  Harvest is past when we sleep on duty; Harvest is past when we don't protect our seed; Harvest is past when there are no fruits. 

Harvest is not a miracle; harvest is a result. We work for harvest and pray for good harvest. We will reap what we sow not what we wish. Favour is not a substitute but a supplement of labour.

When we do what we ought to do when we ought to do it, we will have what we ought to have when we ought to have it. When we are seed time conscious, labour active and covenant responsible, we will be abundant harvest joyous in its season. 

If we fail to plant and water, we will have nothing to harvest.

AFFIRMATION

I have planted and watered. I believe God for good harvest.

Father make me seed time, labour and harvest active in Jesus name.
