MIND YOUR LANGUAGE

Job  2:10 

But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips.

MEDITATION

It's very rampant to hear people say these : "what has God done for me" " Am I the one that killed the son of God" " What kind of thing is this"  etc all these because of momentarily challenge. Jesus warned the disciples "offence will come" but concluded later " Blessed is he that's not offended in me"

Let's be cautious with our utterance when we are under pressure or challenge. Every temptation and challenge we are privileged to experience is our capacity. Job knew this when he cautioned the wife.

Don't be exasperated nor encourage a pity party neither be  an echo of others wrong opinion. No matter, the issue, no situation last forever. You will rise again if you faint not.

Stagger not at the promises of God like Abraham and give glory to God. You can do all things through Christ. Resist it; you are an immovable rock. (Zech. 12:3)

AFFIRMATION

I am an immovable rock. I am able to resist offence.

 PRAYERS

Father, endue me with patience  to to be still in the time of temptation and challenge in Jesus name
