PSALMS 19.5 
It bursts forth like a radiant bridegroom after his wedding. It rejoices like a great athlete eager to run the race. (NLT) 

MEDITATION
Guard your joy with all diligence for it is the strength for the race called life.
You are the refree of you life. Don't allow anything or anyone blow foul for you or dump garbage into your mind.
Only God is constant. Every other thing is variable. Make God the reason of your excitement not circumstances.
Rejoice evermore!

AFFIRMATION
I am anointed with oil of joy. My cup runneth over.

PRAYERS
Father quicken me to run with joy at all times in Jesus name
