And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints. (NIV)
MEDITATION
A soldier by training is always sober and vigilant knowing fully well he's in a battle field and being casual or carefree or careless is an invitation to become a casualty.
Evil is on the lookout for preys and we must pray them down. Nothing must take us unawares.
Devil is not powerful; men are sleeping on duty. Be sober; Be vigilant!
