Competition will drive you to win against all odds.

Set you prize before you; Let it be your driver.

MEDITATION

Joy is the oil that keeps the engine of purpose running smoothly. Purpose is defeated without joy. Joy gives strength, fires  boldness, builds confidence, develop tenacity and stabilize focus.

Joy is a fruit. It can be misplaced, stolen or corrupted. Guard it with all vigilance and diligence with word, prayer, faith and fellowship practice.

When joy is misplaced, stolen or corrupted, fear, complain, excuses, weakness and discouragement are generated.

Beware of enemies of joy!

AFFIRMATION

I am filled with joy. I go from strength to strength.

Knowledge of your destination is the first task of a race. When knowledge is absence, errors are inevitable.

Ignorance has destroy more dreams than money and Satan put together. Knowledge delivers from foolishness, weariness,  trial and errors, permutations, assumptions, overzealousness, wastes and  traps.

Knowledge engender boldness, competence, innovation, and excellence. Without knowledge, we are nothing. Knowledge is living.

Run with knowledge.

MEDITATION

No race in life is easy. It's only possible if we make up our mind not to give up..

Determination is discouraging your discouragement to give up.

Things does not need to become easy; we need to develop strong disposition towards things.

Stop wishing for things; start pursuing things.

When your legs get tired, and your eyes becomes afraid, run with your heart.

Be determined.

MEDITATION

It's only the willing and obedient not the willing or obedient that eat the fruit of the land. Men may commend our eye service but God only commends and rewards our heart service.

Be it a service, task or a goal, if we do it at our convenience or grudgingly or half-heartedly, we are simply executing a task and not fulfilling purpose or pleasing God. For obedience to be complete, it must be willingly, promptly and delightfully to qualify for reward.

Whenever things are not done willingly, mistakes, accidents, wastes and losses are inevitable

Do everything willing be it for God, ourself or others.

AFFIRMATION

I am a prompt and delightful athlete.  I do all I do willingly.

MEDITATION

Obedient to rules of life protects us from the risk of shame and disqualification today or tomorrow.

Nothing hides in life forever. What is hidden today will be exposed tomorrow.

Obedience engender boldness and access to help of God in times of needs.

Everybody is not doing it. Because evil is widely practice does not make it acceptable. What is wrong is wrong no matter who is doing it.

Short cuts are wrong cuts. Run in according to rules.

AFFIRMATION

I am not cutting corners. I run in obedience.

Patient is not a gift but a fruit of maturity. It's the grace to be tenacious in our pursuit of purpose.

Life is a race in times and seasons. It's not the day seeds are planted that harvest are made. Growth is a function of the process of times and season.

All things are made beautiful in it's time. Don't disqualify yourself through impatience. If you make haste, you will make waste.

Run with patience.

MEDITATION

A man that is marking time is busy but not making any progress. Activity is not equal to productivity.

Every activity in life must be geared towards a goal. You are either pursuing something or something is pursuing you. Even God says he has not asked the sons of Jacob to seek him in vain.

Until our activities has a purpose, it will never be productive. No time to waste, mark or while away. Make life a mission to somewhere not nowhere.

Be productively active.

AFFIRMATION

Happiness is emotional, Joy is spiritual;

Happiness is variable, Joy is constant;

Happiness is circumstantial, Joy is faith;

Happiness is a reactor; Joy is an actor;

Happiness is motivational; Joy is intentional.

Don't wait for anyone or thing to push you before you move; push yourself forward.

Guard your joy with all diligence for it is the strength for the race called life.

You are the refree of you life. Don't allow anything or anyone blow foul for you or dump garbage into your mind.

Only God is constant. Every other thing is variable. Make God the reason of your excitement not circumstances.

MEDITATION

A soldier by training is always sober and vigilant knowing fully well he's in a battle field and being casual or carefree or careless is an invitation to become a casualty.

Evil is on the lookout for preys and we must pray them down. Nothing must take us unawares.

Devil is not powerful; men are sleeping on duty. Be sober; Be vigilant!

MEDITATION

Life is a warfare of words, and the language of  communication is the very important in warfare. Mostly it is done in encrypted language as a strategy to outwit the understanding of the enemy.

We must seek a deeper relationship with God by seeking to understand the encrypted language of the spirit to aid our communication in the warfare of life. It edifies us and communicate our secret messages to God.

Praying in tongues is to our advantage in warfare. Be smarter than the devil.

AFFIRMATION

I am smarter than the devil. I pray in an encrypted language.

Life and death is in the power of the tongue and words we speak is the sword of our spirit.

This means life is a practice of wisdom and war of words. If we are not rooted in the word of God study and practice, we will be taken captive by hollow philosophy of men and evil powers of this world.

We must discipline ourselves to study word of God to become spiritually vigilant.

Salvation through Jesus is the helmet that protects and preserves our head and brain. The head is the headquarters of senses and intelligence.

.A man that is not saved can easily be killed or manipulated  by anything because his head and brain lacks protection.

Our inspiration, reasoning, logic and philosophy are shaped to glorify God,  fulfilled destiny and eternity when we are saved. Guard your salvation diligently from backsliding and corruption.

Until you are saved, you are not safe.

MEDITATION

If you are hit by the fiery darts of the enemy, it's either you don't have a shield of faith, or it is weak or it is not well position.

Faith is a defensive and offensive armour and we need to engage it boldly, diligently and wisely.

It's an armour we hold not wear. So ensure you hold it firm to prevent it from being misplaced, or knocked of your hold.

Be strong in faith.

MEDITATION

One of the greatest undoing of christians is building spiritual capacity in prayers, fasting and word neglecting evangelism. It's threading on serpents and scorpions bare footed and they will strike in self defense.

Prophecy said we shall bruise the head of the serpent and it shall strike our heels. 

The gospel of peace is evangelism. It's the only body armour protecting our feet. If we neglect it, we won't escape the poisons of snakes and scorpions on the street.

He that wins a soul is wise.

I am a soul winner. I match the street with confidence.

MEDITATION

Righteousness is a body armour that covers our nakedness and protects our heart from evil arrows and contamination. Apart from its blessings of protection, the only pure in heart shall see God.

God is not a wicked father. He cannot tell us to do what He has not given us capacity to do. Righteousness is not a myth that cannot be master. If man can go to the moon, man can live a righteous life. Be spiritual and thirst after it  and you will not fulfill carnal desires.

Be righteous as our father in heaven is righteous.

AFFIRMATION

I am a child of God. I strive to be righteous as my father is righteous.

Truth is a scares commodity even in the body of Christ. No matter how annointed or knowledgeable or prayerful we are, without this irrelevant looking weapon, we will not last in battle.

One can succeed with lies but not for very long. Truth defends us in our absence. Truth is the power of goodwill, integrity and honor.

Let our yes be yes. This is God's instruction.

MEDITATION

The enemy we see is an echo of the devil. He's only a puppet in the hands Satan doing his biddings.

Jesus rebuked Peter as Satan;

Satan moved David to number Israel;

Devil entered into Judas to betray Jesus.

They are a network of devils control by satan to do his evil biddings by possessing humans.

Your brother is not really your enemy. He's a puppet being used by Satan the puppet master. Rebuke that devil and he will flee.

AFFIRMATION

I pray for brethren. I resist and rebuke the devil.

MEDITATION

Our spiritual body armour everytime is very important. Incomplete and inefficient body armour is a risk to health and life.

A millstone careless dropped by a woman killed king Abimelech.

Unaimed arrow wounded king Ahab between the joints of his body armour.

No body armour is less important that the other. We must endeavor to put on the whole armour of God always because of the craftiness of our enemy.

David told Saul after wearing Saul's body armour "I can't go with these for I have not proved them"

Put on the whole armour of God always.

Life is a battle and we must be ready at all times to defend our profession, position and possession.

We need God as an ally against the battle of life but we need to have confidence in his reliability and capability.

God will not be strong for us. He will only strengthen us when we refused to faint or fall.

Let our faith in God be greater than our fear of the unknown. Be strong in God!

MEDITATION

Wherever you hear a person or people arguing about giving to God, it's either they are proud or  stingy or greedy or does not understand the scriptures or does not fear God.

We can't fear God and remain adamant or indifferent in anything that pertains to God. Fear of God will affect our attitude and services to both God and humanity in all things. Abraham gave Isaac to God out of the reverent fear he has for God.

When we fear God, it will show.

Fear God!

All I have belongs to You oh God. Giving back to You is a privilege and my delight.

Life is a warfare not a welfare or funfare. Security consciousness need to be adhere to seriously.

Every aspect of life at all times need be protected from internal corruption and external agrression. If we become carefree, careless, stubborn or foolish, we definitely will fall on the day of adversity.

If you don't do something, something will do you.

And they smote all the cities round about Gerar; for the fear of the LORD came upon them: and they spoiled all the cities; for there was exceeding much spoil in them.

MEDITATION

Fear of the Lord is our man of war.  When He goes with us to battle, He fights for us  and we have our peace.

King Asa prevailed over the king of Ethiopia with the power of fear of the Lord.

Israelites prevailed over Pharoah by the power of fear of the Lord.

When we fear God, He becomes our mighty  man of war, and we become more than conquerors.

Fear God!

AFFIRMATION

I am more than conquerors. The Lord is my might man of war.

2 CHRONICLES  17:10 

 And the fear of the LORD fell upon all the kingdoms of the lands that were round about Judah, so that they made no war against Jehoshaphat.

MEDITATION

Fear of the Lord is a defense. When we walk in fear of the Lord, we radiate God's glory and enjoy all round defense.

Job had a hedge all around him;

Israelites in the wilderness we protected by a pillar of fire and cloud

Jehoshaphat was preserved from war;

Solomon enjoyed rest on all side.

When the Lord is your defense, you become commander in chief.

Fear God!

AFFIRMATION

I am commander in chief. The Lord I feared is my defense.

PRAYERS

Father in your honour, I release your fear upon every kingdom set against me in Jesus name

MALACHI 1.6 

A son honors his father, and a servant his master. If then I am a Father, where is My honor? And if I am a Master, where is the [reverent] fear due Me? says the Lord of hosts to you, O priests, who despise My name. You say, How and in what way have we despised Your name? (AMP)

MEDITATION

The sign of a good son is respect, honour and reverent fear for his father. If we lack fear of God in our life, we are either disobedient children or bastards.

God is the God of all flesh and not the father of all flesh. He's the father of those that fear him.

One thing about fear of the Lord, it does not hide in our hearts, it shows in our lifestyle. If God is truly our father as we claim, our lifestyle will show.

Real sons respect their father and keep his commandments.

AFFIRMATION

I am a son indeed not a son in need. My lifestyle is a proof.

PRAYERS

Lord help me to fear you from my heart to my lifestyle in Jesus name
