 *PSALMS  23:4 

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

 *MEDITATION* 

Fear are those frightful things we see when we stop looking up and start looking down and around.

God didn't say all things shall be easy; He said all things are possible if we believe they are possible.

Be strong and courageous. He that is in us is greater.

Look up!

 *AFFIRMATION* 

I fear no evil. I am more than a conqueror 

 *PRAYERS* 

I resist the spirit of bondage to fear in Jesus name.
