DIVINE SEPARATION: PITY AND SENTIMENTS

GENESIS  13:8 

And Abram said unto Lot, Let there be no strife, I pray thee, between me and thee, and between my herdmen and thy herdmen; for we be brethren.  13:9 Is not the whole land before thee? separate thyself, I pray thee, from me: if thou wilt take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if thou depart to the right hand, then I will go to the left.

MEDITATION

Everything about life and destiny must be allowed to follow truth, purpose and principles. Beware of pity and sentiment in decision taking. Pity without revelation and reasoning will drag you into a pity; relationship without principles will turn you into a fool.

Be mindful of who you call after God has called you and why you stay in a relationship. Ensure anyone that follows you or you follow is approved by God.  Be prayerful before engaging in relationship. Expertise, money, sentiment, pity and family relationship is not enough reason to engage or continue in any relationship.  Most relationship should start and end on the road and social media.

Before relationship degenerate into betrayal and rebellion,  there were signs we tolerated and refused to give attention to out of pity and sentiments or what people will say. If you continue in a faulty relationship,  people will call you fool and if you depart from it, they will call you heartless.  Whatever you do, people will still talk. Refrain from being an echo of people’s opinion.

It’s not everyone that wants your attention that you must give. Some are Delilah pretending so they can  get close to you to steal your secret; some are evil monitoring camera like Sanballat and Tobias; some are Lot coming to discover your weakness so they can overthrow you, some are Jonadab sent to corrupt you and some are Absalom waiting to be strong again to bite you. Even Satan atimes masquerades as an angel of light. 

Be spiritual, sensitive, and purposeful.  Every time you become too weak and sentimental to depart from a relationship that is inimical to your destiny, ask God in his mercy and love to cause something to happen to that will forcefully terminate the relationship. Beware of pity and sentiments.

AFFIRMATION

I am purposeful. I walk with people with good mind and same destination 

 PRAYERS

Father, terminate every relationship around me that is inimical to my destiny fulfillment in Jesus name
