DEVIL'S ALTERNATIVE
GENESIS 16:2
And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
MEDITATION
When God has spoken to you and you are in the waiting hall of patience of faith, beware of devil's alternatives. It might looks harmless in the beginning but in the end it will become a terror.
Abraham hearkened unto Sarai and accepted Ishmael and today, Ishmael is still smelling; Lot hearkened unto his selfish desires and planned a coup against Abraham and ended up in Sodom; Jacob cheated Esau into his purpose and harvested Laban as inlaw; but Job rejected cursing God from his wife and was restored.
It's not all help, advice and positive steps that are from God. Some are highways to misfortune. Whatever contradict the scriptures and sound judgement should be resisted and rejected.
Take faith and covenant responsibilities; wait patiently on God's promises. Hope maketh not ashamed.
Beware of the devil's alternatives.
AFFIRMATION
Am taking faith and covenant responsibilities not devil's alternatives.

Father in Jesus name engrace me to be steadfast on your word
