MEDITATION
In the world of today, help is scares. There's always something we can do to push ourselves forward.
Don't be too dependent on people so that you will not be disappointed.
Whatever the circumstance, never resign to fate but to faith. There's always a way out if we don't give up on God, ourselves and our dream.
Don't wait for thing to happen; make it happen. Be intentional.
Give yourself a push forward.
AFFIRMATION
Am not giving up; am going up.
