 LUST OF THE FLESH

1 JOHN  2:16  

For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

MEDITATION

Lust is a strong desire for something. 

Flesh is the largest organ of the body and it has massive selfish desires. It is the greatest enemy of the spirit because of its battle to control the will of  man.

Wherever the flesh is not checked, the person looses control and falls.

We must discipline our body, train it to do what it should not what it want and walk in the spirit. This way we will overcome the lust of the flesh.

AFFIRMATION

I am a spirit walker. I flee fleshy lust.

PRAYERS

I resist the reign of sin in my mortal body and obedience to righteousness in Jesus name.
