Romans 8.26
Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. (NKJV)
*MEDITATION*
We are flesh and blood, living in a world full of cruelty and subject to trials, temptations, weakness and discouragement. Without supernatural help, our destiny and eternity journey will be very limited.
To remain stable and connected spiritually, we need the help of the Holy Spirit to strengthen us in our low seasons.
He's the spirit of grace and supplication. We will not go far in prayers without him.
He's our prayer booster. Seek his help today.
*AFFIRMATION*
Holy Spirit is my helper. I go from strength to strength.

Holy Spirit, fill me with strength whenever am weak in Jesus name.
