PRAYER AND FASTING

MATTHEW  17:21  

Howbeit this kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting.

MEDITATION

Prayers are like gears. It's needed to start, climb hill, speed and reverse.

There's also gear for difficult terrain and to lift out of impossible situations. It's called auxiliary gear.

Fasting is the auxiliary gear of prayers. What prayer alone cannot do, prayer and fasting will do with ease.

Don't just pray; fast and pray.

AFFIRMATION

I  fast and pray.  Am on fast track of time and eternity

PRAYERS

Father help me to discipline myself with prayer and fasting inJesus name.
