FEAR OF DEATH

ACTS  7:60

And he kneeled down, and cried with a loud voice, Lord, lay not this sin to their charge. And when he had said this, he fell asleep.

MEDITATION

Why do most corpse  carry a long face. Did they quarrel with someone before they died or was there something they saw that scared them?

Is it not possible to die smiling?

All the patriarch died like Stephen. They just slept off to eternity. No one  sleeps in life or eternity  carrying a long face.

Two things happens in death. We rest from  our labour and our works follow us. 

When our work is good, we will not fear. We will sleep in life and eternity smiling.

PRAYERS

Father deliver me from the corrupters of good works in Jesus name.

AFFIRMATION

Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil.
