Customer is a person who buys goods or service from a business. The purpose of business is to create and keep customer.
The entrepreneur and the customer shares same goal; to drive a good bargain
The customers complain is not a challenge but a strategy to drive a good business bargain. Make his complain a resource for your research and development.
Customer is the boss;
A Satisfied customer will do business with you
A loyal customer will introduce other customers to you.
A good customer service is not an accident but design;
