MEDITATION
When your legs can't carry you anymore, run with your heart.
If you don't encourage yourself, no one else is going to do it for you.
Don't go back; don't look down;
don't wait for anyone;
Push yourself forward.
PRAYERS
Father when my heart is overwhelm, quicken me with a garment of praise in Jesus name
