PROVERBS 10:19  

In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.  

MEDITATION

Speaking is not a competition. It's a process of communicating with the purpose of transmitting a clear message. How much you say and how much is understood will define how well you communicate.

The more the words, the more the probability of errors of exaggeration, understatement, ommission and ambiguity and greater the risk of misunderstanding.

Every error with words is a sin. Wisdom demands our words should be few and clear. Mistakes are humanly excusable but divinely inexcusable.

Mind your language; speak well not much.

AFFIRMATION

Am not in a speaking contest. I speak well not much.

PRAYERS

Father help me to speak wisely in Jesus name, amen.

MEDITATION

Your mouth is your court and your word is your judgement. Be careful with your words so as not to imprisoned yourselves.

Your speech is the power of your living and dying. Never speak what you have not well meditated upon and the cost carefully counted. Words spoken can only be retrieved not erased. It's your arrest and release warrant.

Mind your language. Don't allow your mouth push you into a trap. 

AFFIRMATION

I am an agent of liberty. I speak health and  liberty

JOB 6:14  

To him that is afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh the fear of the Almighty.

MEDITATION

You will not know who your true friends until you are faced with challenges. Suddenly you will discover that some of your friends will become more righteous than God in thier judgement of your circumstances behind your back.

Never follow men after their heart of wickedness but fear and follow God in truth. In the midst of the wickedness of some, God will still raise some friends also in your favour and good.

Repay evil with good. Pray for them that hurts and betray you. This is true christianity and it comes with restoration blessings. Shalom!

AFFIRMATION

I am a child of God. I repay evil with good.

MEDITATION

Friends are filing machine. They either make you better or bitter. Every relationship you go into must be for positive effect. If it's not making you a better person, you are wasting precious time and energy.

Nobody leaves you the same. Every one adds or subtract from your life. Every friendship should be purposeful. Either you have something your friend needs or your friend have something you need or both or you are working for the mutual benefit of each other. 

Be a value added friend.

AFFIRMATION

 I don't just make friends; am purposeful in freindship.

Language is the process of using words, sounds, signs, or behaviors to express or exchange information or to express your ideas, thoughts, feelings, etc., to someone else

This process has been the greatest cause of rift and crisis in the world. We should pay attention all to time not only to what we say but to when and how we say it and most importantly how our body communicate it.  Let's use our tongue wisely.

Let's mind our language.

AFFIRMATION

My tongue does not control me; I control it

MICAH 7:5  

Trust ye not in a friend, put ye not confidence in a guide: keep the doors of thy mouth from her that lieth in thy bosom.

MEDITATION

This is an instruction not a suggestion. When you don't expect too much from people, you will not be disappointed when they don't behave as expected.

Have friends but trust God. Only God will fill your mouth with good when you open it wide. Men will fill it with goad.

Secrets are sacred. Never share it without an oath. It's carelessness that killed Sampson the strongest man. Be careful how you open your mouth anywhere. 

 Friends are human not God. Let your words be few .

AFFIRMATION

My words are my power. Am careful with my tongue

ZECHARIAH  13:6 

 And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends.

MEDITATION

Beware of enemies in friends clothing. Be as wise as serpents and harmless as dove. Don't allow friendship take away your senses. Be objective not sentimental in relationships. 

Solomon was wounded by his friends; Sampson was betrayed by a friend; Jesus was betrayed by a friend.   Betrayal doesn't just start but are nursed overtime. First time is a mistake; second time I forgot; third time I planned you. Be vigilance and sensitive of reoccurrence hurts in relationships.

Love all but do as Christ did " give yourself to nobody".  

AFFIRMATION

I love everyone but I trust God alone.

PRAYERS

Father expose and frustrate every friendly enemies in my camp in Jesus name, amen.

MEDITATION

He that rebukes you when you stray and commend you when you stay is your friend. He that praises you all the time is your fiend.

Be careful of flatterers; they will flatten you. Wickedness wear smiles now and not long faces. When a true friend bends you, it's because he wants to mend you. 

God is the only true friend you can truly depend on. He does not lie nor fail.

AFFIRMATION

The Lord is my Rock and Fortress. My trust is in Him.

MEDITATION

How much does friendship cost? Friendship is a very expensive commodity. It comes with a very high sacrificial price. That's why real friends are scares. 

Friendship is practical. A friend must live up to its name as a friend. Whoever cannot pay your price is not worthy of your friendship.

Jesus is our best friend. Despite being a king, He died for us. What a price to pay for a friend.

AFFIRMATION

I have a friend in Jesus. He is all to me.

PRAYERS

Jesus thank you for choosing me as your friend.

Your friend is your Chief Tolerance Officer.  He must master the art of loving your imperfections perfectly.

Friends sticks in low and turbulent moments;

Friends swallow your errors and excesses with smiles;

Friend correct you with joy and rebuke you with smiles;

Friends encourage and  support you;

Friends mourn and celebrate with you;

Friends look out for each other;

Friends sticks at all times.

Beware of conditional friends.

Jesus is our best friend.

MEDITATION

A true friend is a brother from another mother. Your well being is his well being and his concern 

Your friend is your conscious and unconscious senior special adviser. They are as good and bad as the counsels they give you. What a man has is what he gives. They are the greatest influence over your life 

Be careful of counsels you take into your heart.  Any one that encourages you in evil is digging a grave for.  A hearty counsel is sweet to the soul.

Make the word of God your counselor. It's the only true rod and staff.that counsel and comfort.

AFFIRMATION

The Lord is my shepherd and friend. His word counsel and comfort me.

We are photocopies of who we walk with every day. Attributes are infectious and contagious whether good or bad.

Who you sit with is who you gist with;    

Who you walk with is who you look at; 

Who you look at is who you look like;

Who you look like is who you act  like.

Your friend is the frame that holds your picture. Anyone that looks at you will see your friend with you.

Select your friends like beans to avoid trash in your food.

MEDITATION

Friendship is an agreement for a journey together. Never assumed everybody is going your way. Don't follow friendship and miss your way. Check your vision and know if where you are going is compatible with relationships you are in.

Casual people make friends out of circumstances;

Careless people make friends out of foolishness;

Foolish people make friends to please others;

Fake  people make friends to measure up with others;

Carefree people make friends for social relationships;

Careful people make friends to fulfill purpose.

Don't just enter a relationship; be intentional in every relationship. 

Don't be foolish is an advice! Do not be unequally yoked!

AFFIRMATION

Precious means something of great value. God is not just having you in His plan, He has great plans set up for you.

No matter the challenges around you now, it hasn't change the plans of God towards you. God never say it will be easy, He only said it is possible if we believe.

Trust in God and fear not. God has not forgotten you. You are still the apple of His eyes.

AFFIRMATION

The good plans of God for us are unchangeable and non contestable by any force on earth. God has declare it with an oath  guaranteeing that nothing changes his good purpose.

That's why they are fighting you; that's the reason for all the challenges and set backs. Nobody fights a nonentity. You are a celebrity in the making.

Be focus on your future; Rejoice in your purpose;  God cannot lie.

MEDITATION

Nothing can be compared to the good and wonderful plans of God for us. No matter the threats, competition and challenges, you are still the best of the best of the best.

David said he's wonderfully made;

Daniel was preferred above all presidents;

Paul said he's more than a conqueror;

Rejoice!  Always walk tall knowing God's plans for you are incomparable.

If two good heads are not connected, they become confusion. It's only two good and connected heads that are better than one.

Energy is good but synergy is best. There is always someone ahead, beside and behind you you can connect and share energy. 

Be a follower, leader, colleague and helper. 360 degrees connection is stability 

As you are following another person's footprint to go forward, remember also to leave footprints beside and behind for others to follow.

Run with people.

MEDITATION

There are no escort in any race only competitors. If you are not ready alone, others will leave you behind.

We must not wait to motivated but must be intentional in every thing we do. We must push ourselves forward and not wait for someone to push us.

Don't wait for God, don't wait for men, wait on God.

Don't wait to be motivated, be intentional. 

Run alone!

MEDITATION

Destiny is a race with purpose.

To run means to approach purpose with a sense of vigilance, fervency and diligence.

To sleep on duty is suicidal;

To be unprepared is error;

To be lazy, is self defeat;

To  procrastinate, is untimely death;

To be discourage, is  prematurely death.

To be stagnant is outdated;

To be distracted is carelessness;

To compete with others is foolishness.

Enforce your purpose and don't slack.;

Run!

AFFIRMATION

I resist dulling,  hold up and go slow. I change to speed lane.

Dear men of God,

Social media is not a church but harvest field. It's not a place to share the bone of the word but the sincere milk and meat. It's not every message of the scripture that is meant for the sheep.  Many are reserved for the shepherds and undershepherds to understand and assimilate for proper guiding of the sheep.

A lot of errors are being committed by the Christiandom in the social media. 

Caution!

Correcting a man of God over his message in the social media is wrong;

Criticizing another man of God on the social media is wrong;

Messages on pastoral ethics over the social media is wrong;

A junior minister criticizing a senior minister over the social media is wrong no matter the error or your understanding is wrong;

Joining others to comment or criticize the church over a wrong is wrong;

Caution!

Every man of God is a servant of God not our servant. Miriam became leprous for speaking against Moses. His master is there to reward accordingly for his work while in the flesh. We are colabourers. We owe each other the responsibility of praying and privately talking with each other.

Love does not criticize another other; love pray for one another.

I believe if we convert our criticism to prayers, the harvest field will be more peaceful for work.

Let's not heat up the harvest field. It's already hot.

 So Gehazi followed after Naaman. And when Naaman saw him running after him, he lighted down from the chariot to meet him, and said, Is all well?

MEDITATION

The man you are running after is running after another man that is running after another man that is running after God.

Know the place of God, men and things in your race so you won't run amok or amiss.

Gehazi ran after Naaman and missed his place;

Samuel ran to Eli and almost missed God;

Elisha ran after Elijah and discovered his place;

David followed after the Egyptian and recovered all

Where and how you put God is where and how life puts you!

When you give God is place, you won't miss your place!

Run after God!

MEDITATION

Boldness is the antidote to timidity and inferiorly complex.  When you are timid, you lack strength to move on or approach something.

Timidity and Fear are relations. Fear feels if he run, he will fail and timidity feel if he run, they will laugh at him.

The bold rebuke the devil, overcome temptation, endure trials, despise shame, redeem the time and maximize opportunities.

If you are not bold, you will never make progress. It takes boldness to bulldoze.

In this race called life, run boldly!

PSALMS  19:5  

Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.

MEDITATION

Joy is the greatest generator of strength. When joy is lost or corrupted, you loose strength to run. Oil of Joy is the lubricant of the spirit that keeps the soul fervent and fireful.

Joy is spiritual and is generated by faith in God while happiness is emotional and is motivated by fate of circumstances.

Abraham was strong in faith giving glory to God;

Nehemiah strength was in the joy of the Lord!

Habakkuk rejoiced in the Lord!

Jesus set joy before him and endured the cross and despised the shame!

Joy is intentional not motivational. 

Rejoice as a strong man to run the race of life!

AFFIRMATION

The joy of the Lord is my strength.

 For by thee I have run through a troop; and by my God have I leaped over a wall.

MEDITATION

When you run alone, you become a lone ranger; you run with men, you become a competitor; but when you run with God, you become unstoppable.

When you wait on God, He renews you with supernatural energy of speed of an eagle and strength of an ox.

You cannot run with God and turn back;

You cannot run with God and stop halfway;

You cannot run with God and carry last;

You cannot run with God and not run to the end.

When you run with God, He runs in you.

AFFIRMATION

I run with God. So I know I will run to the end.

They key component of every race is speed. It's best to do well in time. You are in a race not an adventure. You need to be fervent and swift. 

Esau lost his inheritance because he arrive late;

The invalid at the pool wasted 38 years because he was dull;

David pursue, overtake and recovered all because he was fervent.

Resist dulling and sluggishlness. You are the light of the world. Run with the speed of light.
